1、 Purpose
To implement the requirements of laws and regulations on environmental protection, standardize the management of hazardous waste collection, storage, transportation, transfer and other processes of our company, protect the environment and safeguard human health, this system is formulated.
II. Scope of Application
This system applies to the management of hazardous waste collection, storage, transportation, transfer and other related activities of Chizhou Fangda Technology Co., Ltd.

IV. Organizational Leadership
- The company’s person – in – charge is the primary person responsible for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution, and bears overall leadership responsibility for the environmental protection work of the entire company.
- A leading group for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution, headed by the general manager and composed of leaders of various departments, shall be established to make decisions on, supervise and coordinate all environmental protection work of the company.

V. Management Measures
Activities such as collection, storage, transfer, utilization and disposal of hazardous waste must comply with the relevant provisions of the state and the company.
(1) Dumping or piling up hazardous waste into the environment is prohibited.
(2) Strictly implement the environmental impact assessment system, and incorporate all hazardous waste generated into standardized management in combination with the actual production situation of the company.
(3) Hazardous waste storage sites shall meet the “eight prevention” requirements: the ground shall be hardened; the sites shall be equipped with canopies, cofferdams or enclosures; for storing liquid or semi – solid waste, leakage liquid collection devices shall be installed; different types of hazardous waste shall be stored separately according to their characteristics, with obvious intervals between different types of waste; hazardous waste shall not be mixed with non – hazardous waste for storage.
(4) Containers and packaging materials for hazardous waste shall be marked with hazardous waste identification signs, and containers loaded with hazardous waste shall be free from damage. Facilities and sites for collecting, storing, transporting, utilizing and disposing of hazardous waste shall be marked with hazardous waste identification signs and warning signs.
(5) Establish accounts for the storage, utilization and disposal of hazardous waste, and truthfully record relevant information about hazardous waste.
(6) Formulate the Hazardous Waste Management Plan with complete contents. The measures for reducing the generation quantity and harmfulness of hazardous waste, as well as the descriptions of measures for the storage, utilization and disposal of hazardous waste shall be clear and accurate. The generation links, types, hazardous characteristics, generation quantity and utilization/disposal methods of hazardous waste shall be truthfully reported to the environmental protection department for filing, and timely declaration shall be made in case of major changes.
(7) Truthfully report information such as the type, generation quantity, flow direction, storage and disposal of hazardous waste to the environmental protection department through the national solid waste management information system, and make timely declaration in case of major changes.
(8) All hazardous waste generated shall be entrusted to units holding hazardous waste operation licenses for collection, storage, utilization and disposal activities, and contracts shall be signed with such units.
(9) Before transferring hazardous waste, apply to the environmental protection department for approval. In accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Management of Hazardous Waste Transfer manifests, truthfully fill in and standardize the operation of transfer manifests, and keep them completely.
(10) Formulate prevention measures and emergency plans for hazardous waste accidents and file them for the record; organize at least one emergency drill every year, and properly keep the drill plan and records.
(11) Conduct training on hazardous waste – related knowledge for the staff of the unit, and keep the training records properly.
(12) Attach great importance to the standardized management of hazardous waste. In accordance with the “six having” requirements (having investment, having facilities, having special personnel, having signs, having systems and having accounts), and in accordance with the standardized assessment indicators for hazardous waste, do a good job in the dynamic and long – term management of hazardous waste in the enterprise to ensure the environmental safety of hazardous waste.
The environmental protection department is the unified management department for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution. It is responsible for the daily management of hazardous waste of the company and assigns objectives and tasks to relevant responsible units.
In accordance with the principle of “those who manage production must manage environmental protection”, the production department shall bear overall leadership responsibility for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution in its own unit; all teams and groups must incorporate the work of hazardous waste pollution prevention and control into their own departmental management work.
Employees of the company shall consciously abide by various environmental protection regulations issued by the state, local governments and the company, maintain the long – term stable operation of production equipment, and reduce the generation quantity and harmfulness of hazardous waste in the production process.
All departments must strictly comply with the environmental protection laws, regulations, standards and requirements issued by the state and local people’s governments; actively participate in the construction of environmental protection projects related to the company, and accept the guidance and supervision of the environmental protection department in business.
